Internet starlet Chloe the Mini Frenchie appears in a new video made in conjunction with Elite Daily and the artist known as the Most Famous Artist in which she creates a one-of-a-kind self-paw-trait. Using nothing but stencils and paint made out of water and different types of dirt, Chloe, known to over 137,000 followers on Instagram, painted herself sitting at a table with presumably a few glasses of Bordeaux. As of Thursday morning, the original work created by this budding Marcel Woof-champ can be purchased for $10,000.
